In this episode of the Perspective, We will be talking about- Shehbaz Sharif has been elected unopposed as the next Prime Minister of Pakistan succeeding Imran Khan, who was removed by a no-trust vote on Saturday. Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) boycotted the prime minister’s election process in the National Assembly . Former PM Imran Khan was quoted by his party’s official Twitter handle as saying that PTI MNAs will also resign in protest. Meanwhile a Pakistani court on Monday deferred until April 27 the indictment of Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz in a high-profile money laundering case and extended their pre-arrest bail.
