In the context of Operation Sindoor and India’s continued fight against cross-border terrorism, seven All-Party Delegations are set to visit key partner countries, including members of the UN Security Council later this month. As per the govt release, the All-Party Delegations are expected to project India’s national consensus and resolute approach to combating terrorism in all forms and manifestations. They would carry forth to the world the country’s strong message of zero-tolerance against
terrorism. Each delegation comprises Members of Parliament from different parties, prominent political personalities, and distinguished diplomats. Three members, who’re part of these delegations and who will engage With key global partners in the wake of Operation Sindoor, join us on the programme today. It gives me immense pleasure to welcome: Shri Manan Kumar Mishra, Member of Parliament (He represents the BJP in Rajya Sabha), Dr. Sasmit Patra, Member of Parliament (he represents the BJD in the Upper House), Both Mr. Mishra and Dr. Patra are part of the delegation that will travel to the UAE, Liberia, Congo and Sierra Leone. and Ambassador Manjeev Singh Puri. He served as Ambassador of India to the European Union, Belgium, Luxembourg, Nepal and as Deputy Permanent Representative of India to the UN… He’ll be travelling to Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Latvia and Russia with the delegation.
