India and Pakistan have reached an agreement to halt all military operations across land, air, and sea, with instructions issued to their respective armed forces to adhere to the understanding. The decision follows a call between the Director Generals of Military Operations from both sides, with further talks scheduled for May 12.

Following the India – Pakistan ceasefire deal, EAM Jaishankar said that India has India has “consistently maintained a firm and uncompromising stance against terrorism.”
