Perspective: RBI's Monetary Policy Review

Based on an assessment of the evolving macroeconomic and financial conditions and the outlook, RBI’s Monetary Policy Committee has decided to maintain status quo with regard to the policy repo rate and retain the accommodative policy stance. While the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) remains unchanged at 4.0 per cent , the reverse repo rate under the LAF will also remain at 3.35 per cent along with the marginal standing facility (MSF) rate and the Bank Rate at 4.25 per cent.
