The documentary captures the 32nd Foundation Day celebration of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of India, held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. With the theme “Human Rights of Prison Inmates,” the event highlights India’s continuing commitment to protecting dignity, liberty, and equality for all. Featuring insights from former President Shri Ram Nath Kovind and NHRC Chairperson Justice V. Ramasubramanian, the film reflects on the Commission’s remarkable journey — from its inception in 1993 to its ongoing role as the nation’s moral and legal guardian of human rights.
