चंद्रयान-3 की सफलता के कुछ दिन बाद भारत ने 2 सितंबर को अपने पहले सूर्य मिशन आदित्य एल-1 को प्रक्षेपित किया। प्रक्षेपण भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन के रॉकेट पीएसएलवी-C57 से किया गया। सूर्य के अध्ययन के लिए आदित्य एल-1 को धरती से 15 लाख किलोमीटर दूर L-1 बिंदु तक पहुंचने में 125 दिन लगेंगे। एक बार जब आदित्य एल-1 कमिशन हो जाएगा.. तो यह देश और वैश्विक वैज्ञानिक बिरादरी के लिए एक बड़ी कामयाबी साबित होगा।
