संसद के दोनों सदनों, लोक सभा और राज्य सभा में संविधान पर चर्चा हुई। चर्चा में पक्ष-विपक्ष ने हिस्सा लिया। लोक सभा में चर्चा का जवाब पीएम मोदी ने दिया।
