STATEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT-RELATED PARLIAMENTARY STANDING COMMITTEE ON CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION

SHRI PRAKASH CHIK BARAIK SHRI BABURAM NISHAD to lay on the Table, a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Final Action Taken Statement showing Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in Chapter I of the Tenth Report (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on Action Taken by the Government on the observations/recommendations contained in its Sixth Report (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Demands for Grants (2024-25)’ pertaining to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution). ———— 184

3. REPORTS OF THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC ACCOUNTS DR. K. LAXMAN SHRI SHAKTISINH GOHIL to lay on the Table, a copy each (in English and Hindi)of the following Reports of the Committee on Public Accounts (2025-26):— (i) Thirty-fourth Report of the Committee on ‘Irregular grant of incentives and allowances’ pertaining to the Ministry of Science and Technology (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research); and (ii) Thirty-fifth Report of the Committee on Action Taken by the Government on the Observations/ Recommendations of the Committee contained in its One Hundred and Forty-second Report (Seventeenth Lok Sabha) on ‘National Social Assistance Programme’ pertaining to the Ministry of Rural Development (Department of Rural Development). ————

STATEMENTS BY MINISTERS (i) SHRI SATISH CHANDRA DUBEY to make the following statements regarding: – (a) Status of implementation of the Recommendations/ Observations contained in the Second Report (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Coal, Mines and Steel on Demands for Grants (2024-25) relating to the Ministry of Mines. (b) Status of implementation of the Recommendations/ Observations contained in the Fifth Report (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Coal, Mines and Steel on Demands for Grants (2025-26) relating to the Ministry of Mines. (ii) SHRI SURESH GOPI to make the statement regarding Status of implementation of the Recommendations/Observations contained in the Three Hundred Seventy-ninth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture on Demands for Grants (2025-26) pertaining to the Ministry of Tourism.
