JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA to move the following Motion:— “That in pursuance of Section 7(2)(f) read with Section 8(1)(a) of the PreConception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, this House do proceed to elect, in the manner as directed by the Chairman, one woman Member from amongst the Members of the House to be a member of the Central Supervisory Board, constituted under the said Act.”
