Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu introduces a Bill ‘ The Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Bill, 2025’ in Rajya Sabha. The Bill to provide for protection of interests in aircraft objects and to implement the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, signed at Cape Town on 16th November, 2001 and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
