Union Minister Piyush Goyal moves The Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2023. The bill amends certain enactments for decriminalising and rationalising offences to further enhance trust-based governance for ease of living and doing business, as reported by the Joint Committee, be taken up for consideration. Also to move that the Bill be passed.
