Representation of the People (Amendment) Bill, 2019 (Insertion of new section 29AA). Further consideration of the following motion moved by Gopal Chinayya Shetty on 5 August, 2022 namely:- “That the Bill seeks to amend the Representation of the People Act, 1951 with a view to change the conditions for recognition as a National Political Party, be taken into consideration.” Gopal Chinayya Shetty to move that the Bill be passed.
