Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is an ambitious scheme of the Government of India started in 2015. This scheme aims to construct a total of 20 million houses from 2015 till now. Now this plan has been extended till 2024. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is applicable for both rural and urban areas. This scheme has proved to be very useful for both those who come from poor class and do not have their own house.
