The Lok Sabha on Monday passed the Mediation Bill, 2023, it was already approved by Rajya Sabha last week. The Bill requires to settle civil or commercial disputes through mediation first, before approaching any court or tribunal.We are discussing with experts and law students abou this bill in our show ‘ Awaz Desh Ki ‘.

लोकसभा ने सोमवार को मध्यस्थता विधेयक, 2023 पारित कर दिया, इसे पिछले सप्ताह राज्यसभा से भी मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। विधेयक में किसी भी अदालत या न्यायाधिकरण में जाने से पहले नागरिक या वाणिज्यिक विवादों को मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से निपटाने की आवश्यकता है। हम अपने शो ‘आवाज़ देश की’ में इस विधेयक के बारे में विशेषज्ञों और कानून के छात्रों के साथ चर्चा कर रहे हैं।
