The Prime Minister delivered the convocation address and presented the major awards. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will attend the event as guests of honour.
