Discussion on The Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Bill, 2025, the Bill to provide for protection of interests in aircraft objects and to implement the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, each signed at Cape Town on 16th November, 2001 and for matters connected therewith or incidental.
