(i) In pursuance of Section 8 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, this House hereby approves of notification No. 47/2023-Customs, dated 19th August, 2023 [G.S.R. 616 (E), dated 19th August, 2023], which seeks to amend the Second Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, in order to levy Export duty on exports of Onions, falling under HS Code 0703 10.
(ii) In pursuance of Section 8 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, this House hereby approves of notification No. 49/2023-Customs, dated 25th August, 2023 [G.S.R. 628 (E), dated 25th August, 2023], which seeks to amend the Second Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, in order to levy Export duty on exports of Parboiled Rice, falling under HS Code 1006 30 10.”
