A Parliamentary Delegation from Zimbabwe led by Speaker of the Parliament of Zimbabwe, Advocate Jacob Francis Nzwidamilimo Mudenda, called on President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. During bilateral talks, reiterated that India is proud to be a trusted partner of Zimbabwe. Emphasized that our bilateral relations should be expanded to parliamentary engagement, trade & investment as well as cultural, diplomatic and developmental cooperation.The trade between India and Zimbabwe is around 200 million dollars, while Indian companies have invested about 500 million dollars in Zimbabwe. Speaker leading parliamentary delegation on India visit. Delegation visited Parliament House.Delegates witnessed proceedings of both Houses. India, Zimbabwe share a mutually positive partnership. Parliaments of both countries have a cooperation relationship. Speaker Mudenda talks about strengthening people-to-people connect.
