The centenary year celebrations of All India Presiding Officers’ was held in Shimla this year. Annual Conferences of Presiding Officers of Legislative Bodies provide a unique forum to the Presiding Officers to discuss procedural issues in Legislatures and to share their experiences on these matters. In this edition we’ll give an insight into the evolution and working of the Presiding Officers’ Conference.
