Covering over 70% of the Earth’s surface, the oceans provide 50% of the Earth’s oxygen, support humanity’s sustenance and provide livelihoods to over 3 billion people globally. But human activities like pollution, overfishing, and climate change, the health of the oceans is fast declining. To protect and help this great resource revitalise, there is an urgent need for collective global action. What is the world doing to save the oceans & seas?
