SHRI RAJEEV RAI to present the following reports (Hindi and English  versions) of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation:-

(1) Seventh Report on ‘Infirmities in the Regulations of National Medical Commission’ of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

(2) Eighth Report on ‘Infirmities in the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 & the Colliery Control Rules, 2004 and their subsequent amendments notified under the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957’ of the Ministry of Coal.

(3) Ninth Report on ‘Infirmities in the Food Safety and Standard Rules, 2011 and their subsequent amendments notified under the Food Safety and

Standards Act, 2006’ of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
