India is to host the 28th CSPOC(Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth)  from 14th to 16th January, 2026.

India is often termed as the Mother of Democracy with Sabhas and Samitis mentioned in the Vedic texts.

The programme looks into not only the history of democracy in India but also its preservation and

strengthening in the modern times.
