the Bill further to amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, be referred to a Select Committee of the House.
The names of the members of the Committee will be decided by Hon’ble Speaker
The terms & conditions regarding the Committee will be decided by Hon’ble Speaker
The Committee shall make a report by the first day of the next session
