STATEMENTS BY MINISTER
(i) SHRI PANKAJ CHAUDHARY to make the following statements regarding:—
(a) Status of implementation of the Recommendations contained in the Forty-sixth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Seventeenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Strengthening Credit Flows to the MSME Sector’ pertaining to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
(b) Status of implementation of the Recommendations contained in the Fifty-ninth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Seventeenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Cyber Security and Rising Incidence of Cyber/White Collar Crimes’ pertaining to the Ministry of Finance(Department of Financial Services),Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
(c) Status of implementation of the Recommendations contained in the Sixty-sixth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Seventeenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Performance Review and Regulation of Insurance Sector’ pertaining to the Ministry of Finance(Department of Financial Services).
(ii) SHRI HARSH MALHOTRA to make the following statements regarding:-
(a) Status of implementation of the Recommendations contained in the Third Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Demands for Grants (2024-25)’ pertaining to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
(b) Status of implementation of the Recommendations contained in the Tenth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Demands for Grants (2025-26)’ pertaining to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
(iii) SHRIMATI NIMUBEN JAYANTIBHAI BAMBHANIYA to make the following statements regarding:-
(a) Status of implementation of the Recommendations/ Observations contained in the Sixth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Demands for Grants (2024-25)’pertaining to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution).
(b) Status of implementation of the Recommendations/ Observations contained in the Eighth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Eighteenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Demands for Grants (2025-26)’pertaining to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution). 209
(c) Status of implementation of the Recommendations/ Observations contained in the Fortieth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Seventeenth Lok Sabha) on ‘Transforming Fair Price Shops’ pertaining to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution).
