(a) MOTION FOR ELECTION TO THE TEA BOARD
SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL to move the following Motion:—
“That in pursuance of clause (f) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (No. 29 of 1953) read with clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 and sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as directed by the Chairman, one Member from amongst the Members of the House to be a member of the Tea Board.” ————
(b) MOTION FOR ELECTION TO THE COFFEE BOARD
SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL to move the following Motion:—
“That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (VII of 1942), read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as directed by the Chairman, one Member from amongst the Members of the House, to be a member of the Coffee Board.” ————
(c) MOTION FOR ELECTION TO THE SPICES BOARD
SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL to move the following Motion:—
“That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 (No.10 of 1986) read with clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 and sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, this House do proceed to elect, in the manner as directed by the Chairman, one Member from amongst the Members of the House to be a member of the Spices Board.”
